Bagi para pencari kerja yang ingin bergabung, Galaksi Investasi Harapan membuka beberapa posisi pekerjaan di bulan September 2025. Berikut adalah beberapa lowongan yang tersedia untuk lulusan SMA/SMK/Diploma/Sarjana (Pria/Wanita):
Posisi:
1. QC INSPECTOR
2. QC ENGINEER

QUALIFICATIONS (posisi 1):
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Quality Control for Injection Molding.
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings and knowledgeable about QC tools such as CMM, Smartscope, Vernier Caliper, Height Gauge, etc.
  • Familiar with Ms. Office.
  • Responsible for daily dimension checks and monitoring during the quality control process.
  • Ensure that parts meet specifications and that products exiting the machine are in optimal condition and align with customer requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS (posisi 2):
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Quality Control.
  • Quality-oriented background and understand the DWGS.
  • Having knowledge of updating the FA report and communication with customer for the existing part issues.
  • Have a ability to lead the team and well communicator in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Understand the drawings and work
  • Able to independently.
  • Knowledge of CMM & VMS, if able to operate will be an advantage.
QUALIFICATIONS (posisi 3):
  • Preferably male.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Tooling role.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing tooling system and equipment.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and interpret work instructions.
  • Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
QUALIFICATIONS (posisi 4):
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in SMT/PCB assembly.
  • Strong ability to read Gerber files and prepare BOM lists.
  • Hands-on experience with SMT machines (Yamaha, Fuji, Panasonic, ASM, Juki, etc).
  • Skilled in machine programming, setup, and optimization.
  • Good knowledge of reflow soldering, stencil printing, and AOI/SPI inspection.
  • Familiar with IPC standards and ESD practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
QUALIFICATIONS (posisi 5):
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Polymer Engineering or similar field.
  • 5+ years hands-on experience with plastic injection molding machines.
  • Strong knowledge of machine mechanics, hydraulics, servo motors, PLC controls, and sensors.
  • Experience with leading machine brands (Haitian, JSW, Toshiba, Engel, Sumitomo, Arburg).
  • Skilled in both process optimization and machine-level troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance, spare parts planning, and machine reliability metrics.
  • Advantage: Experience in machine conversions, automation projects, and energy efficiency.
  • Familiarity with auxiliary equipment and Industry 4.0 monitoring systems is preferred.
