Sejarah PT. United Tractors berdiri pada 13 Oktober 1972 dengan nama awal PT Inter-Astra Motor Works, fokus pada distribusi alat berat di Indonesia. Di tahun yang sama, nama perusahaan diubah menjadi PT United Tractor dan menjadi distributor tunggal Komatsu dan Tadano di Indonesia.

Job Description (posisi 1):
  • Analyze financial data to develop detailed reports for informed decision-making and accurate financial planning.
  • Assist with daily accounting task including cash flow tracking, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Monitor financial activities such as filing, recording, compiling, and transmitting financial records to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with government regulations and standards.
  • Review and verify financial information related to assets, net worth, liabilities, capital stock, surplus, income, or expenditures.
  • Stay updated with relevant government regulation and implement best practices in financial operations
Requirements (posisi 1):
  • Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years of experience in accounting.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25.
  • Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence. Having English language certificates will be a plus point.
  • Ability to use accounting and compliance tools is a plus.
  • High attention to detail is crucial, along with solid skills in analysis, problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel all around Indonesia.
Job Description (posisi 2):
  • Prepare and submit monthly Corporate Tax Reports.
  • Prepare and submit VAT reports using e-Faktur and related systems.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliation of PPh (Withholding Tax) & VAT reports to ensure accuracy and compliance to relevant regulations.
  • Calculate and prepare VAT documents received from vendors (e-Faktur and related systems).
  • Prepare annual Corporate Tax Reports and assist in drafting Fiscal Financial Reports.
Requirements (posisi 2):
  • Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years of experience in taxation or accounting.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation (Perpajakan), or Fiscal Policy Administration.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25.
  • Ability to use accounting and compliance tools.
  • Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence.
  • Possessing Brevet A/B certification is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian Tax Regulation and reporting requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), high attention to detail, time management, good documentation ability, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Job Description (posisi 3):
  • Create structured audit plans specifying objectives, scope, and methodologies for examination of internal controls.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of operational, financial, and accounting functions.
  • Prepare clear audit reports by gathering and compiling evidence through data analysis, interviews, and document reviews.
  • Collaborate with other departments to communicate audit objectives, findings, and recommendations.
  • Track the implementation of audit recommendations and management’s corrective actions.
  • Continuously stay informed on regulatory updates and industry best practices.

  • Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years experience in internal/external audit or risk management.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
