Job Responsibilities (posisi 1):
Production Systems:
- Apply approved procedures in the production process
- Identify problems in the production process and implement preventive/corrective actions.
- Lead in monitoring and reviewing departmental processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular reviews on manpower and material utilization maximize usage and minimize wastage
- Document and implement Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Ensure operations efficiency in all processes and achieve daily output.
Quality Systems:
- Implement quality management systems and procedures.
- Monitor products quality to ensure conformance with quality standards and customers' requirements.
- Promote quality initiatives and encourage staff participation in quality improvement schemes such as 35, 5S, ISO 1400
- Implement systems of preventive maintenance of equipment and machines.
- Lead in developing objectives for the production teams.
Staff Training:
- Ensure production staff are suitably and systematically trained for various tasks on-the-job or via external training.
- Document best practices in production methods in implementing the adoption of the best practices among production personnel
- Administrative
- Adhere to company rules and regulations
- Perform other ad-hoc assignments to be directed by the superior
Requirement (posisi 1):
- Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- Having 3-5 years working experience in a related field.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and computer iterate. Practical, creative, and good initiative
- Able to work independently.
- Aptitude for technical activities.
Job Description (posisi 2):
- Identify and target new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective ommunication.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our products/services. Negotiate terms and close deals with clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to drive improvements.
- Provide valuable client feedback to enhance our products and services.
- Play a key role in expanding our market reach and driving company growth.
- Making costing & quotation
- Yearly price review.
Requirements (posisi 2):
- Diploma or Degree in business disciplines.
- Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in similar functions in a service related or manufacturing environment.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and spoken Mandarin. Self-starter, self-motivated, and have an eye for detail
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Possess a mature, independent and proactive personality, with strong customer service orientation.
- A good team player and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle pressure well and be able to work
- flexible hours as and when required.
- Experience in the printing or supply chain industry will be on added advantage.
